Terms of Service.

Last Updated: June 10, 2026

Effective Date: June 10, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and Adbloop, operated by Nishith Pandya, sole proprietor, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (“Adbloop,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), governing your access to and use of the Service (defined below).

By installing the Add-on, creating a Dashboard account, connecting the MCP Server to an AI assistant, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • “Add-on” — the Adbloop Google Sheets™ add-on, distributed via Google Workspace Marketplace.
  • “Dashboard” or “SaaS” — the Adbloop web application at app.adbloop.com.
  • “MCP Server” — the Adbloop Model Context Protocol server at mcp.adbloop.com, which allows you to operate Adbloop through compatible AI assistants.
  • “AI Assistant” — a third-party conversational AI product (such as Claude by Anthropic or ChatGPT by OpenAI) that you connect to the MCP Server.
  • “Website” — our marketing site at adbloop.com.
  • “Service” — collectively, the Add-on, Dashboard, MCP Server, Website, and any related tools, APIs, documentation, and communications provided by Adbloop.
  • “Meta” — Meta Platforms, Inc. and its subsidiaries, including Facebook and Instagram.
  • “Subscription” — any paid tier of the Service (Pro, Agency, or Enterprise).

2. Description of the Service

Adbloop is a campaign management platform for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising. The Service enables users to:

  • Create, edit, duplicate, and manage Meta ad campaigns, ad sets, and ads in bulk or individually
  • View performance analytics across campaigns and ad accounts
  • Manage creative assets (images, videos, copy) in a library
  • Run automated rules and A/B tests on campaigns
  • Receive notifications via email, Slack, or WhatsApp (subject to plan)
  • Operate the above through a connected AI Assistant via the MCP Server (subject to plan), including bulk campaign creation, validation, capacity checks, and performance reporting

The Add-on operates inside Google Sheets™ and connects to Meta’s Marketing API. The Dashboard is a standalone web application with the same core capabilities plus a visual interface, shared team access, and server-side scheduled operations. The MCP Server exposes Adbloop’s campaign engine to AI Assistants you choose to connect; it uses the same account, license, plan limits, and backend as the Dashboard.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
  • Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement (personally or on behalf of an organization)
  • Have a valid Google account (for the Add-on) or valid email address (for the Dashboard and MCP Server)
  • Have a Meta Business Manager account with at least one active ad account
  • Comply with Meta’s Terms of Service, Advertising Policies, Community Standards, and Platform Policy at all times
  • Not be barred from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction or ours

4. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, current, and complete information during signup
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account, including activities initiated through a connected AI Assistant
  • Promptly notifying us at support@adbloop.com if you suspect unauthorized access
  • Maintaining a valid Meta access token with the necessary permissions
  • Managing which AI Assistants are connected to your account, and disconnecting any you no longer use or trust

You must not share your account with any other person. One account per individual or organization. Team access to a shared account is permitted only under a plan that explicitly supports it (e.g., Agency plan with multiple ad accounts).

5. Subscription Plans and Pricing

5.1 Available Plans

Billing is in INR via Razorpay (Indian users) or in USD via Lemon Squeezy (international users).

Every plan includes all three surfaces: the Dashboard, the Google Sheets Add-on, and the MCP Server (AI Assistant access). Campaign limits are enforced through a single shared counter across all surfaces. On the Free plan, the MCP Server supports single-campaign creation and read/manage tools; bulk creation, multi-account launches, Drive-folder launches, and advanced safety tools require a Pro or Agency subscription.

Current plan details, feature limits, and pricing are also listed at adbloop.com/pricing and in the Dashboard.

5.2 No Free Trial

As of April 2, 2026, paid plans do not include a free trial period. The Free tier (5 campaigns per month, 1 ad account) serves as our free evaluation path and is available indefinitely with no credit card required. Paid plans charge immediately upon subscription activation.

5.3 Taxes

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, VAT, sales tax, etc.). Taxes will be added where required by law and will appear on your invoice.

5.4 Price Changes

We may modify pricing. Changes to existing subscribers’ rates will be announced at least 30 days in advance by email. You may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect if you do not accept the change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

6. Payment, Billing, and Renewal

6.1 Billing

Payments are processed through Razorpay (all users with an Indian address or INR billing preference) or Lemon Squeezy (international users, USD). By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring charges to your chosen payment method for each billing cycle (monthly or annual) until you cancel.

6.2 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will retry in accordance with Razorpay’s or Lemon Squeezy’s standard retry logic and notify you by email. Your access to paid features may be suspended after a 3-day grace period following a failed payment and will be restored once payment succeeds.

6.3 Receipts

Invoices are issued electronically by Razorpay or Lemon Squeezy at the time of each successful charge and are emailed to your registered address.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Dashboard (Settings → Subscription) or from your Razorpay/Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period ends.

7.2 Refunds

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This includes monthly and annual plans. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period, plan downgrades, or early cancellations.

Discretionary exceptions: We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund in the following cases:

  • A technical failure on our side prevented you from using the Service for a substantial part of the billing period and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
  • A billing error resulted in you being charged incorrectly.
  • Other exceptional circumstances evaluated case-by-case.

To request a discretionary refund, email support@adbloop.com within 14 days of the charge with the subject “Refund Request” and a description of the issue. We will evaluate and respond within 10 business days. A refund granted in one case does not obligate us to grant refunds in any other case.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory refund right you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate Meta’s Advertising Policies, Community Standards, or Platform Terms — doing so may result in Meta restricting or disabling your ad account and we are not responsible for such actions
  • Create advertisements that are illegal, deceptive, misleading, discriminatory, or harmful
  • Use the Service to deliver spam, phishing, malware, or other malicious content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the Service (except to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law)
  • Circumvent, bypass, or disable any license enforcement, rate limit, or feature gate in the Service
  • Attempt to circumvent spend caps, validation, paused-by-default creation, or any other safety control of the MCP Server — whether through prompt manipulation of an AI Assistant or any other means
  • Share your subscription credentials with anyone outside your organization
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our prior written consent
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, our servers, or networks we connect to
  • Use automated means (scrapers, bots) to access the Service except through documented APIs and the MCP Server
  • Use the Service to facilitate any activity that violates applicable law
  • Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices on the Service

We may investigate and take appropriate action — including suspending or terminating accounts — for any conduct we believe violates these Terms or harms other users, Meta, Google, or us.

9. Meta Platform Compliance

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the content, targeting, budgets, and delivery of ads created using the Service — whether created through the Dashboard, the Add-on, or an AI Assistant.
  • Your use of Meta’s Marketing API via Adbloop is governed by Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies in addition to these Terms.
  • Meta may, at its discretion, reject ads, suspend ad accounts, or take enforcement actions against your account based on its own policies. We are not responsible for such actions.
  • Meta’s API may return errors, rate limit your requests, or change behavior without notice. While Adbloop handles common API edge cases, we do not guarantee that every campaign submission will succeed.
  • We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. “Facebook,” “Instagram,” and related marks are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

10. AI Assistant Integrations (MCP)

This section applies when you connect the MCP Server to an AI Assistant.

10.1 Your Instructions, Your Responsibility

The AI Assistant acts on your behalf. You are responsible for the instructions you (or anyone with access to your AI Assistant account) give it, and for reviewing what it proposes before campaigns go live. Adbloop executes valid tool requests received from your connected AI Assistant as if they were actions taken by you in the Dashboard.

10.2 Safety Controls

The MCP Server applies the following controls to campaign creation: campaigns are created in a paused state by default; spend caps you configure are enforced server-side; requests are validated before execution; and bulk requests are checked against Meta API rate-limit capacity. These controls reduce — but do not eliminate — the risk of unintended campaigns or spend. You remain responsible for reviewing campaigns before activating them and for the budgets you (or your AI Assistant, on your instruction) set.

10.3 Third-Party AI Providers

AI Assistants are third-party products operated by their respective providers (e.g., Anthropic PBC for Claude; OpenAI for ChatGPT). Your use of an AI Assistant is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the behavior, availability, accuracy, or outputs of any AI Assistant — including misinterpretation of your instructions, incorrect parameters proposed by the model, or outages of the provider’s service. Data returned by Adbloop to your AI Assistant becomes part of your conversation with that assistant and is handled per the provider’s policies and your settings with them (see our Privacy Policy, Section 1.5).

10.4 No Guarantee of Fitness for Autonomous Use

The MCP Server is designed for human-supervised use. You must not configure any system to operate the MCP Server fully autonomously (without human review of campaign activation) in a manner that could result in uncontrolled ad spend.

10.5 Plan Limits

MCP usage is governed by your plan (see Section 5.1). We may throttle or reject MCP requests that exceed plan limits, abuse rate limits, or show patterns consistent with automated abuse.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 Our IP

The Service — including its source code, design, UI, logos, written content, documentation, and branding — is the intellectual property of Nishith Pandya, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription term.

“Adbloop” and the Adbloop logo are trademarks of Nishith Pandya.

11.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to content you create or provide through the Service, including your campaigns, creative assets, ad copy, targeting data, and analytics results. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process this content solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

11.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the Service, without obligation to you.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including:

  • Meta Platforms (Marketing API, OAuth)
  • Google LLC (Google Sheets™, Google Workspace Marketplace, OAuth)
  • Supabase, Inc. (database, authentication, edge functions)
  • Amazon Web Services (underlying Supabase infrastructure)
  • Razorpay (payment processing, subscriptions)
  • Lemon Squeezy (payment processing, international)
  • Anthropic PBC (Claude, when you connect it via the MCP Server)
  • OpenAI (ChatGPT, when you connect it via the MCP Server)
  • Brevo (transactional email)

Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or practices of any third-party service. A third-party service becoming unavailable may affect the Service’s functionality.

Google Sheets™ is a trademark of Google LLC. Meta, Facebook, and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Adbloop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or Meta.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Campaigns created through the Service will achieve any specific performance results, such as click-through rates, conversions, or return on ad spend
  • Analytics data will be perfectly accurate (data may be subject to Meta’s own reporting limitations, delays, and corrections)
  • The Service will be compatible with all future Google, Meta, Anthropic, or OpenAI API versions or policy changes
  • Any AI Assistant will correctly interpret your instructions or propose correct campaign parameters
  • Defects will be corrected

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In such jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Adbloop, Nishith Pandya, or any affiliate be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
  • Advertising spend on campaigns created through the Service (you control your budgets and you bear the commercial risk of your advertising) — including campaigns created via an AI Assistant on your instruction
  • Actions taken by Meta, Google, Razorpay, Lemon Squeezy, Supabase, Anthropic, OpenAI, or any other third party, including account suspensions, ad disapprovals, policy enforcement, service outages, AI Assistant outputs or misinterpretations, or data loss on their infrastructure
  • Any damages arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party terms (including Meta’s Advertising Policies)

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Adbloop in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred Indian Rupees (₹100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for (a) fraud or willful misconduct, or (b) any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Adbloop, Nishith Pandya, and any affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
  • Your violation of Meta’s Advertising Policies, Platform Terms, or Community Standards
  • Your advertising content, creative assets, or campaigns
  • Instructions given to the Service through an AI Assistant connected to your account
  • Any claim by a third party related to your ads, including intellectual property infringement, defamation, or regulatory violations
  • Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security

16. Suspension and Termination

16.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by:

  • Uninstalling the Add-on via Google Workspace Marketplace, and/or
  • Disconnecting the Adbloop connector from your AI Assistant, and/or
  • Deleting your Dashboard account (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or emailing support@adbloop.com

Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination (e.g., outstanding amounts owed).

16.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:

  • You have violated these Terms, Meta’s policies, or applicable law
  • Your account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Continued provision of the Service to you would expose us to legal liability
  • We are required to do so by law or by a regulator

16.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and OAuth tokens issued to connected AI Assistants are revoked. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 11 (IP), 13 (Disclaimers), 14 (Liability), 15 (Indemnification), 18 (Governing Law), and 19 (Miscellaneous) — will survive.

17. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes that adversely affect paid subscribers.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or by prominent notice within the Service at least 15 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service before they take effect.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

  1. Good-faith negotiation — parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days after written notice.
  2. Arbitration — if unresolved, the dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator and in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
  3. Courts — subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

This section does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property infringement or breaches of confidentiality.

19. Miscellaneous

19.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms referenced at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and Adbloop regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreements.

19.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

19.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right. Any waiver must be in writing to be effective.

19.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction — for example, in connection with a business reorganization.

19.5 No Agency

Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Adbloop.

19.6 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

19.7 Notices

Notices to you may be sent to the email address associated with your account. Notices to us must be sent to support@adbloop.com with the subject “Legal Notice.”
